BLACK OUTSIDE FEST
More than a market. A living exhibition of Black heritage & creativity. The things we create today will tell somebody who we were.
On Saturday, September 26, Black Makers Market hosts Black Outside Fest—a free celebration of Black creativity, culture and the legacy we’re creating right now.
Experience 30+ Black-owned businesses, live music and performances, art, food + foodways, family activities, cultural storytelling and more across the Carver campus.
We Don’t Just Host Markets.
Black Makers Market helps Black-owned microbusinesses who struggle with visibility and establishing their business achieve to increase market sales and secure opportunities for growth through traveling markets, educational content, and micro-grants.
Unlike other event curators, we teach education and bring businesses into compliance without judgement. Business owners choose us because we educate and support them beyond the market.
